Native corp wins $300M contract

TUESDAY, AUGUST 27, 2002 An Alaska Native village corporation has won a $300 million contract to help run an Army fort. Chenega Corporation will maintain more than 700 buildings as well as roads and grounds at Fort Monmouth in New Jersey. Additional training work is possible under the six month contract, which has nine one-year options. Chenega has about 110 shareholders. Get the Story:
