Indian candidate trails in fund raising

TUESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2002 Oklahoma Sen. Kelly Haney has raised more than $600,000 for his campaign for governor. Almost all of the money has been spent. Haney had $26,647 as of August 12, according to The Daily Oklahoman. Haney, a Democrat, is a member of the Seminole Nation. He trails two other party members in terms of campaign funds.
