Wis. growth attributed to casinos

Indian gaming is being cited as a contributing the positive gains on Wisconsin's reservations.

According to the Census 2000, unemployment rates fell, poverty rates dropped and incomes increased in Indian Country. Income gains were most evident in counties with casinos or those in counties next to casinos.
