MARCH 15, 2001 Tribal leaders in Wisconsin on Wednesday said they hoped to develop a working relationship with new Governor Scott McCallum even though he has said he opposes the expansion of gaming in the state. McCallum said he will continue to work with existing casinos. But as a number of tribes seek off-reservation casinos, McCallum said he will deny them. Still, tribal leaders say they plan on discussing the issue with McCallum. Get the Story:
