The tribal council of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla in California on Wednesday voted to construct a 75-foot sign on Interstate 10.

The sign would be an advertisement for the tribe's casino. The tribe took public comments on its proposal, with some saying it would detract from the area's natural value.
