The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska will distribute a $250 per capita payment next month. The checks will be distributed on December 3 at the Blackhawk Center Gym, according to a notice on the tribe's website. Any adult member over the age of 18 is eligible for a payment as long as he or she was enrolled by November 16. The tribe skipped a mid-year per capita payment and issued checks of $300 for school children instead. Get the Story:
