Members of the Colville Tribes of Washington can now carry small amounts of marijuana. The tribal council approved an amendment that decriminalizes marijuana on the reservation, The Tribal Tribune reported. Members can possess less than one ounce of the drug -- the same amount allowed under Washington state law. Tribal members supported legalization in a non-binding referendum in June. Get the Story:
