The Senate Indian Affairs Committee is holding a closed listening session tomorrow. Three organizations -- the United South and Eastern Tribes, the National Congress of American Indians and the National Indian Education Association -- will discuss the fiscal year 2016 budget request at the session. But it won't be broadcast online and it apparently won't be open to the public although anyone with comments can submit them to roundtable@indian.senate.gov by February 13. With the Senate in Republican hands, Sen. John Barrasso (R-Wyoming) serves as chairman of the committee. He has held two business meetings and two oversight hearings so far. Committee Notice:
