Energy company vows complete disclosure of fracking fluids

Baker Hughes said it will provide complete disclosure of chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing.

The company is reportedly the first to voluntary list all of the ingredients used for fracking, a controversial energy technique. Most others keep some items secret to protect their businesses.

The Bureau of Land Management is working on a regulation that would require companies to disclose all chemicals used in fracking on public and Indian lands.
