Lac du Flambeau Band orders banishments for drug offenders

The
Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa
in Wisconsin has banished 58 people from the reservation.
The banishment orders were issued to people who were arrested as part of "Operation Pandora." In June, tribal and other law enforcement agencies cracked down on drug traffickers on the reservation.
The people who ere banished have to stay away for five years.
