The Blackfeet Nation hasn't decided whether to bring charges against a council member who also serves in the Montana Legislature.

State Sen. Shannon Augare (D) was stopped by a Glacier County sheriff's deputy after allegedly being seen driving erratically. He allegedly drove away and told the officer that he lacked jurisdiction in Indian Country.

The tribe's prosecutor told the Associated Press that the case is being reviewed.
