The Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation in California has contributed to a $50,000 reward for information about the fatal shooting of a young tribal member. Xusha Brown, Jr., 22, was killed in a highway shooting on Sunday. "The entire tribe is grief-stricken," spokesperson Adam Day told NBC San Diego. Authorities said Brown was a passenger in the car. The driver was also shot and injured. There were other passengers in the car but authorities have not said much about them. Get the Story:
