Accident claims lives of three youth from Saskatchewan reserve
Three young people died in a single-vehicle accident on the Muskowekwan First Nation in Saskatchewan on Sunday.

Four people were in the car when it flipped and landed upside down in a ditch, submerged in water. One passenger, Chase Moise, 14, escaped and started to rescue his friends. He was able to revive the 18-year-old driver before he attempted to pull two 10-year-old girls from the vehicle.

Officers from the RCMP arrived on the scene and were able to remove the girls. However, both were pronounced dead. The driver also died a result of his injuries.

One of the girls was named Kyria Moise, whose relation to Charles was not reported.

"(Chase) did everything right in a tragic situation and for a 14-year-old boy to have that sound of judgment speaks volumes for him," said RCMP spokesman Sgt. Paul Dawson, The Regina Leader-Post reported.
