Theresa Two Bulls, the president of the Oglala Sioux Tribe of South Dakota, is the subject of impeachment papers.
Corrina Apple and her uncle, Garfield Apple, say Two Bulls is ignoring a task force that was set up to help the Wounded Knee district with community improvement and economic development projects. They want the tribal council to consider impeaching proceedings.
The council impeached Cecelia Fire Thunder, the tribe's first female president, in 2006.
