Men charged for Wampanoag vandalism, theft
Two men were arrested and charged with vandalism and theft for an incident on the Wampanoag Reservation in Massachusetts.

An unidentified Wampanoag man was camping at the Freetown-Fall River State Forest in preparation for a summer ceremony. He was awakened by noises and saw two men breaking into his car.

The victim called 911 and provided descriptions of the men. He watched as they took his car away but they were stopped by police officers who arrived at the only entrance to the reservation.

The 227-acre Wampanoag reservation is part of the state forest.
