The Indian Health Service says it won't be closing a hospital that serves the Rosebud Sioux
Tribe of South Dakota
A spokesperson said the agency is "struggling" to fund the Rosebud Comprehensive Health Care Facility. But there are no plans to close it.
A union said it had received notification that the facility would close sometime this week.
