Fairbanks Native Association to continue burials
The Fairbanks Native Association will continue to conduct burials at a cemetery in Fairbanks, Alaska.

FNA has been using the Birch Hill Cemetery for burials but questions arose after the city sold the land. The new owner claims he was never told about FNA's rights.

The city disputes the claim and says it will survey the land to ensure FNA's continued access.
