The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma will accept the National Freedom Award at a ceremony in Washington, D.C., on Thursday.
The Choctaws are the first tribe to receive the award. It recognizes employers who support the National Guard and Reserve.
Chief Greg Pyle will attend the ceremony.
