Two former employees of a casino owned by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma are being accused of theft.

The U.S. Attorney's Office announced indictments against Crystal Deann Airington, 40, and Steven Kyle Dudley, 21. Both are accused of stealing more than $1,000 each from the Choctaw Casino and Resort in Durant.

The charges were filed on Tuesday. But details about the alleged crimes remain scarce since some documents remain under seal.

It's not know whether the defendants are connected. The charge against Airington, who was a supervisor at the casino, run from January 2012 through December 2012. Dudley's theft allegedly ran for a couple of weeks in July 2013.

Both Airington and Dudley are due to be arraigned June 17 at the federal courthouse in Muskogee at 2pm in Courtroom 3, Room 432.
