A labor union hopes to resolve a dispute at the casino owned by the Lytton Band of Pomo Indians in California.
The United Here Local 2850 lodged several complaints at the San Pablo Lytton Casino.
The National Labor Relations Board has found "merit" to some of the allegations, an attorney for the board told The Contra Costa Times.
A hearing is scheduled for October 29 but the union hopes tribal leaders will step in and settle the dispute. The employees have been working without a contract for three years.
