The Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians is facing a challenge to its casino liquor license.
The tribe wants to serve alcohol at the River Rock Casino. The state Alcoholic Beverage Control approved the license but Alexander Valley Association, the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors and Sheriff's Department and other opponents filed a challenge.
The case is now in court. It could be affected by a recent decision involving the Barona Band's liquor license.
