A developer for the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma is looking at more casino sites in Ohio.
The tribe approached the city of Massillon but officials there said they had concerns. So developer Steve DiPietro is looking to Canal Fulton, just north of Massillon.
The tribe has filed a land claim in Ohio and hopes to settle for gaming rights. Several communities are interested in hosting a casino but the state attorney general is fighting the lawsuit.
