The Seneca-Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma is being invited to attend a public hearing on its proposed casino in Sennett, New York.
The tribe previously presented to the town council on February 21. Chief Paul Spicer and developer Wilmorite Properties said the tribe would pay all local taxes on the casino.
The town has since heard mixed views on the proposal. Responses received from town residents found a 50-50 split on the casino.
