A lobbyist for the Forest County Potawatomi Tribe has been busy generating opposition to the Menominee Nation's proposed off-reservation casino.
Both tribes are based in Wisconsin and the Menominees are hoping to build their casino in Kenosha. But lobbyist Malcolm Chester has been building opposition among residents and politicians in Illinois.
