The second racetrack/casino opened in Oklahoma on Monday.
The Remington Park Casino is non-Indian owned. Under a new state law, the facility is allowed
to offer the same electronic games as tribal casinos and share a portion of the revenues with the state.
The Choctaw Nation opened Blue Ribbon Downs, the first racino. Revenues from the machines aren't as high as expected.
The Cherokee Nation is due to the open the Will Rogers Downs but has run into delays.
