The Sakimay First Nation of Saskatchewan has reached an agreement over smoking at its casino.
The agreement will allow smoking in certain areas of the casino, CBC News reported. Full details are to be announced on Monday, October 24.
The casino is located within the limits of the city of Yorktown, which outlaws smoking in public places. But the First Nation has jurisdiction over the urban reserve and has its own smoking laws.
