The Western Governors' Association is holding an executive summit on Indian gaming next month that will focus on "friction" between states and tribes.
Colorado Gov. Bill Owens (R) will host the summit in Denver on March 29-30. He is chairman of the WGA.
Topics [Agenda] include off-reservation gaming, technologic aids to gaming and tribal-state compacts.
