Two factions of an unrecognized tribe in California both say they want to open a casino.
The Gabrieli�o-Tongva Tribe has been seeking recognition for decades. The tribe's aboriginal territory includes Los Angeles and Los Angeles County.
The factions have been at odds over membership and a casino. But the leader of the faction that at first opposed the casino now says he's open to one, possibly in the Los Angeles area.
