The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska is raising the legal gambling age at its casino in Iowa back to 21.
The tribe had lowered the age to 18 in 1999 in a move to compete with riverboat casinos in Iowa.
But the state said a recent change in state law required the tribe to raise the age or face violation of its compact.
The casino is located on trust land in Iowa.
