Harrah's Entertainment has bumped up the estimated cost of a casino for the Narragansett Tribe of Rhode Island.
An executive said the 3,000-slot machine facility would cost $600 million. But the project could be scaled back if state lawmakers approve a bill requiring a 25 percent tax on casino revenues.
The facility would have a 400-plus room hotel, a health club, restaurant and other amenities.
