The National Indian Gaming Commission might subpoena financial records from the Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma in response to complaints of mismanagement.
NIGC says the tribe is withholding information about two casinos in Oklahoma and a bingo hall.
The failure to disclose could lead to more scrutiny of a proposed casino in Colorado, an NIGC spokesperson said.
