The late Woodrow Wilson Keeble will receive the Theodore
Roosevelt Rough Rider Award for his military service.
Keeble fought in World War II and the Korean War. He was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his efforts in Korea to protect his fellow soldiers.
Keeble, who was a member of the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate, is the 36th person to receive the Rough Rider, North Dakota's highest award.
