Nor have they spent much time conducting oversight on the Bush administration's management of the war. Indeed, Congress even pulled the rug out from Iraq Inspector General Stuart Bowen and a team of 55 investigators who were busy uncovering fraud and waste.

Congress did this record work in just three days a week.
