A judge in Washington won't let two siblings attend the funeral of their teen brother, who died in foster care.
Bobby Carr, 15, died on December 9 at his foster home. Authorities are awaiting the results of a toxicology report to determine the cause of death.
Bobby is being buried in Alaska, where he is claimed by the Hoonah Tribe. The tribe asked the judge to allow Bobby's siblings to attend the funeral but the judge said it wasn't the right time.
Bobby and his three siblings have been in foster care most of their lives. One sister lives in Alaska. They are also claimed by the Nooksack Tribe of Washington.
