Witness list for Senate Committee on Indian Affairs hearing on tribal water rights legislation

Ahead of a scheduled recess, the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs is holding a legislative hearing on tribal water rights legislation.
Five bills are on the agenda for the hearing on Wednesday afternoon. They follow:
S.3573, A bill to amend the Aamodt Litigation Settlement Act to modify a provision relating to the extension of certain dates for the completion of the Regional Water System, and for other purposes
S.3617, the Yavapai-Apache Nation Water Rights Settlement Act of 2026
S.4368, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Water Rights Settlement Act
S.4417, the Pechanga Band of Indians Water Rights Settlement Technical Amendments Act
S.4890, the Protecting Indian Water Rights Settlements Act of 2026
The hearing takes place at 2:30pm Eastern in Room 628 of the Senate Dirksen Office Building. The witness list follows:
