Two members of the Navajo Nation were honored over the weekend for their service in the U.S. military.
Army Staff Sgt. Steven Cole, 23, came home after his third tour of duty in Iraq. He was honored at a gourd dance and pot luck dinner with Vietnam veterans.
Marine Lance Cpl. Lynelle Tsabetsaye, 22, spent two tours in Iraq. She was surprised by her family and more than a dozen veterans on motorcycles.
Cole has been in the Army for nearly six years. Tsabetsaye finished up a four-year commitment.
