Leech Lake Ojibwe soldier killed by bomb in Iraq

Dwayne Bellanger McFarlane, a member of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe
from Minnesota, was killed in Iraq by a roadside bomb.
Army Spc. McFarlane, 20, was patrolling outside of Baghdad when the bomb exploded. He was serving his second tour of duty in Iraq.
McFarlane was a star athlete who played on the basketball and football teams and ran track. His uncle said he was proud of his Ojibwe heritage.
