The Winnebago Tribe will move forward with a $3 million expansion of its casino in Iowa.
The tribe is adding a hotel and expanding a parking lot at WinnaVegas. The hotel will be
on trust land but the parking lot will be within Woodbury County limits so a re-zoning change was requested and approved on Tuesday.
The hotel will feature 78 rooms.
