The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska announced plans to build a hotel at its casino.
The tribe operates WinnaVegas, a Class III facility, on trust land in Iowa. Part of the project lies on land that isn't in trust so it will require a zoning change, The Sioux City Journal reported.
The tribe plans to spend $3 million on the project, the paper said.
