The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska is hosting ribbon-cutting ceremony today for its casino in Iowa.
The tribe spent $3 million on renovations at WinnaVegas. The building is 18 years old, The Sioux City Journal reported.
Also in the works for the facility is a hotel and expansion of the parking lot.
