Cook Inlet Region Inc., an Alaska Native regional corporation, is planning a $100 million shopping and entertainment center in Muldoon.
The 95-acre site will be home to national and local retailers, restaurants, movie theaters and outdoor entertainment. A hotel and ice skating rink are being considered.
Part of the property was used by CIRI for an RV park but it will be closing after the current tourist season.
