Voters elected five new council members. They are: Paul J. McEvers, Roger "Sassy" Running Crane, Willie Sharp Jr., Rodney "Fish" Gervais and Ronald "Smiley" Kittson.

The council has nine seats. Members are elected to four-year, staggered terms.
