The non-Indian former business manager of the Kickapoo Tribe of Texas was freed on bond on Monday.

Isidro Garza is one of six people charged with stealing more than $900,000 from the tribe. He was a close associate of Raul Garza, no relation, the tribe's former chairman who has been charged.

Isidro Garza's son, outgoing state Rep. Timoteo Garza, and his wife, Martha, were also charged. Those two are to appear in court today and are expected to be released on bond.

Raul Garza, who was arrested last week, remains in federal custody. He has tuberculosis, The San Antonio News-Express reported.
