The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut will continue to fight the imposition of federal labor law on the reservation.
Engineering employees at Foxwoods
Resort Casino recently voted to join the International Union of Operating
Engineers.
The tribe challenged the election but it was upheld by the National Labor Relations Board.
