A labor union is making another bid to organize at the casino owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal
Nation of Connecticut.
The International Union of Operating Engineers failed to organize under tribal law and federal law in two prior votes.
But the tribe recently amended its labor law to change the way votes are counted.
One union has successfully organized under tribal law. Another union is trying to organize under federal law.
