The National Labor Relations Board held a hearing into a labor dispute at the casino owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut.
The tribe says the United Food and Commercial Workers made inflammatory remarks about jobs going to tribal members under Indian preference.
But the union says it did nothing wrong about bring up employment security.
Unions have organized at Foxwoods Resort Casino under tribal law. The UFCW went through federal law.
