More than 200 people rallied in support of imprisoned American Indian Movement activist Leonard Peltier on Friday.

Peltier's lawyers were at the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado, to ask for a new parole hearing date. Sentenced to two life terms for the murders of two FBI agents, Peltier won't be up for review until 2008, which is longer than normal but legal under prison guidelines.
