Police in Regina, Saskatchewan, have assigned six new investigators to look into the disappearance of Tamra Keepness, who went missing nearly a year ago.
Keepness was five years old when she last seen at her home on July 5, 2004. Suspicion immediately turned to the family, who lived in a predominantly Native neighborhood.
But the investigation of the family didn't appear to go anywhere. Tamra's parents say she might have been found had the police approached the case differently.
