The Shinnecock Nation has picked a site on Long Island for a casino, The New York Post reports.
The tribe wants to use an old cosmetics distribution center in Yaphank. The 29-acre site houses an existing 230,000 square-foot building that could be used for a temporary or a permanent casino.
"Obviously, if you already have a building in place, that's a tremendous advantage," a source told the paper.
The tribe has said it wants to build three casinos.
