Hopi Culture Stewards: Community, Communication, and Resource Protection
The Hopi Tribe, along with several others in northeastern Arizona, is hoping a proposed $5 billion settlement in Congress can bring relief to the water-parched region.
Hopi people have long grappled with clean water access, encountering persistent hurdles for both quantity and quality. Some have to haul water to their homes.
